An agency that leads with its people.

OSUS is a Dubai real estate advisory founded in 2024; by its own count, it closed nearly AED 1 billion in sales in its first year. Its website had to feel as personal as its service: introduce the advisors by name, explain the journey from first call to handover, and keep every featured project one tap from a conversation.

How we built it

Design
Black-and-white film portraits and a single warm accent. The hero is a person, not a building, because people are what OSUS sells.
Content
Services, the four-step process from discovery to handover, team introductions and client testimonials.
Development
Video-led pages, a featured-projects carousel, advisor profiles with their own intro films, and enquiries that reach the team by WhatsApp or email from anywhere on the site.
Hosting & SEO
Hosted and optimised for search, with each project campaign running on its own page of the same domain.
